The Tucson show is staged by the Orchid Society of Southern Arizona, and was located in the Tucson Mall this year. As one might expect, the climate in Tucson is not really conducive to growing orchids, but the members of the society have done quite well in the face of adversity. They are even publishing a manual for growing orchids in a high desert environment. This is a photographic review of the some of the new and more interesting things that we saw at the show, and the plants awarded at the show.
